Jessica has over 18 years' experience providing US inbound and outbound international tax planning for private clients.

She started her career working with the Venture Capital and Personal Financial Services practice with PwC out of California in 2002 and obtained her CPA license in 2007.  Throughout her time in Silicon Valley she assisted in the Venture Capital partnership practice and further advised high net worth families on their domestic and cross border tax affairs with an emphasis on wealth structuring, Subchapter S corporations, commercial real estate, partnerships, trusts and foreign information reporting obligations.

Jessica moved to the UK with PwC in 2009 where she continued advising on a range of international tax services including cross border gift and estate planning, international trust structuring, pre-immigration tax and US residency planning.  She has further experience advising on expatriation, US non-compliance and the IRS tax amnesty programs.

She moved to Ireland in 2016 and joined the Business Tax Advisory team at EY in Cork.  During this time she became a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with the Irish Tax Institute and advised on cross-border US - Irish tax interactions with an emphasis on pensions.

In 2021, Jessica established Beall Tax Consulting Ltd. to assist and advise individual clients on matters surrounding international tax, wealth structuring and their compliance obligations.
